What We Offer: The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $40-$45 per hour. Our benefit program for part-time colleagues (working at least 20 hours per week) includes paid vacation and state-compliant sick leave. We offer a 401k profit sharing plan with a discretionary match and tuition assistance.

Faculty members are primarily responsible for the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Faculty members facilitate and ensure student learning and mastery of course, program, and institutional learning outcomes as defined in the curriculum and course syllabi. Instructors are supported and supervised by the Academic Dean, Program Director, and/or Campus Director.

Do you qualify? Yes, if you have experience in your field! Teaching experience is not required if you are an expert in the field and meet the below qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or Dentist: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD)
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- State Dentist License
- BLS for health care provider (AHA or ARC)
- CA: infection control certification (8 hour) and CA Dental Practice Act certification (2 units)
- Must have work experience within the last 5 years to include: 2 years patient care or 1 year teaching experience
