IU Health Arnett Physicians has an exciting opportunity for a Bariatric Surgery Nurse Practitioner at IU Health Arnett Hospital located in Lafayette, IN.
Opportunity Details:
- Full time opportunity
- Day shift, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- No Call
- Join a team of 5 Physicians and 1 APP

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and follow up on Bariatric patients.
- Opportunity to perform procedures such as lap band adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree required.
- Must be an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Will consider experienced or a new graduate.
- Certified/Eligible and Indiana License or eligible.
