We are seeking a full-time Clinic Supervisor to join our beautiful Dermatology clinic located in NW Portland (Pearl District). You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.
Our busy practice receives a high volume of patient calls, and we are searching for a candidate that is a self-starter, with a positive attitude, who can work independently, and has a customer-focused work ethic. The ideal candidate has 2 years of previous leadership experience as well as medical front office experience, is team-oriented and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be joining a strong leadership team and we are looking for someone who is also a strong team player.
Primary duties include: supervising front office staff in patient access, scheduling, and registration in an ambulatory setting. Workdays will be Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
Starting pay range, based on experience: $29.23 - $39.55 per hour.
Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance: 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Minimum 5 years of medical front office experience preferred.
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR and scheduling software.
- Excellent phone skills and customer service skills.
- Excellent job stability and prior work references.
- Strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Associate w/equivalent job experience considered).
