Qualifications:

MD/DO Surgical Critical Care
BC/BE
Active AZ license or IMLC candidate
ATLS
Prefer fellowship in Surgical Critical Care
Level I or II Trauma experience required

Facility: A General Medical & Surgical Hospital
Level 1 Trauma Center
10 bed SICU

Schedule: November 2019 - Ongoing
Shifts: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
Block scheduling (3-7 day blocks available)
No call

Assignment: Surgical ICU
Cover 10 bed SICU
Dayshift is back-up for trauma
Nightshift is primary for trauma
Will NOT cover the surgical floor
EMR: Cerner
