About the Practice
Join our busy Family Medicine practice, where you'll have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with both physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Work with your own independent panel of patients.
- Utilize a state-of-the-art facility with specialty practices nearby, streamlining services for our patients, including radiology, laboratory, cardiac, sports, PT, OB, and urology services.
- Experience the convenience of Epic as the Electronic Medical Record system.
Requirements
- NYS licensed|registered NP, with a specialty area of certification consistent with our practice.
- NPI number and Medicare Enrollment with Medicare Identification Number (or PTAN) or eligibility for Medicare Enrollment within 6 months of hire.
- Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
- Preferred: 3-5 years of previous NP experience in primary care outpatient.
