Job Description
This position is a full-time, benefits-eligible role. We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, certified school psychologist to join our team of four full-time school psychologists.
Duties for this position include but are not limited to:
- Conduct psychological assessments, analyze data, report data to team members, and write evaluation reports with clear educational recommendations.
- Participate in the eligibility process for Section 504 and special education.
- Serve on school-based multi-disciplinary teams.
- Participate in district-wide PLC meetings with other school psychologists.
- Serve as a consultant to school staff and provide leadership in the development of interventions that facilitate learning and positive change for students.
- Other duties as assigned.
Suitable candidates will have:
- Knowledge of and experience as a team member in multi-tiered systems of support (RtI).
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions that target a wide range of difficulties given academic and behavioral deficits.
- Knowledge of data-based problem-solving.
- Strong assessment and report writing skills.
- Experience in implementing state and federal special education regulations as they apply to eligibility for special education and related services.
- Experience in implementing state and federal regulations as they apply to eligibility for 504 services.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with and provide consultation to administration, staff, students, and families.

Job Requirements
- Must hold or be in the process of obtaining an approved Maine Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) approval and hold a Maine School Psychologist License (with endorsement 093) at time of hire. If selected for an interview, you will be asked to share a copy of a sanitized report that serves as an exemplar of your work.
