Duties and Responsibilities
Loyola University Medical Center, Department of Emergency Medicine, is currently recruiting a board certified or eligible ultrasound fellowship trained Emergency Medicine physician. The ideal candidate will have a desire to teach both medical students and within the residency and be comfortable with the use of bedside ultrasound. Loyola is an active EMS Resource Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center, regional burn center, and cardiovascular facility with an active aero-medical transport program. The position will include a faculty appointment to Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes occurrence-based malpractice coverage. Applicants should be licensed to practice in the State of Illinois at the time of hire.

MacNeal is a 374-licensed-bed teaching hospital in Berwyn with advanced medical, surgical and psychiatric services, acute rehabilitation, an inpatient skilled nursing facility and a 68-bed behavioral health program and community clinics.
