What To Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing development to a team of sales representatives
- Actively engage in selling a range of medical devices
- Commit to traveling two days per month to accompany sales reps in the field
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Keep abreast of market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
What Is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the medical device sector
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of training and developing successful sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as required for the role
