About the Role:

Based between 2 facilities with 129 beds in total, set in tranquil gardens where everyone is welcome, and connection is at the heart of our care.
Permanent vacancy available.
This Clinical Nurse Educator will be responsible for providing assistance to the Care Manager in coordinating and delivering education in the Care Community.

Responsibilities:

Support the Care Manager in providing leadership and guidance to the care team.
Demonstrate a leadership style that fosters collaboration with residents, resident representatives, and the team. Act as a lead clinical resource.
Demonstrate the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Organization through all actions and behaviours.
Support less experienced clinical team members and, at times, act as a preceptor for new clinical team members.
