Myeloma Clinical Scholar, Faculty Physician (Associate/Professor)
Rutgers Cancer Institute seeks an mid- to senior-level academically oriented hematologist/oncologist for a clinical research position with a clinical focus in myeloma, a record of original clinical research, and exceptional clinical and educational skills. Unique opportunities exist for collaborations between clinical and research programs, clinical trials research, cancer chemoprevention, clinical and basic pharmacology, novel cell therapy constructs, and participation in a broad range of teaching initiatives with medical students, house staff, and fellows. Academic rank (Associate Professor/Professor) and clinical research support commensurate with experience. Uniquely qualified candidates may be considered for additional leadership responsibilities as Section Head for Hematologic Malignancy.

The academic appointment will be within the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and located in New Brunswick, NJ. Faculty members are expected to support the educational goals of the school, engaging in teaching activities for medical students and residents, as well as delivering targeted lectures in their area of expertise.
Minimum Qualifications:
- MD/DO/MBBS
- ABIM eligible/certified
- Completed a 3-year hematology/oncology fellowship
- Have active/be eligible for NJ Medical License
Candidates with experience and expertise in conducting and leading clinical research are preferred.
