Excelraise, LLC is a rapidly growing full service IT solutions integrator and talent management company headquartered in Denver, CO. Our valued clients include Fortune 500 companies and Government Agencies.

Currently, we are looking for a qualified individual to work as a Specialist - Junior (Epic Principal Trainer) with our direct client (Remote).

CANDIDATES MUST BE CERTIFIED IN ASSIGNED EPIC APPLICATIONS.
Epic-certified Principal Trainer needed for a fast-paced EHR build for healthcare facilities operated by NCDHHS DSOHF.
Experienced Epic-certified Principal Trainer (PT) needed for clinical end user, super user, and train-the-trainer training. Candidates for this position must have or obtain certifications required for assigned Epic applications.

Skills

Epic Principal Trainer Experience.
MUST be certified in Willow Ambulatory (WAM).
MUST be certified in Willow Inpatient (WIP).
MUST be certified in TED105 Training Wheels Behind the Scenes.
MUST be certified in TED300 Training Environment Build.
Ability to work without close supervision, taking ownership of work activities, and ensuring training sessions and materials meet Epic’s standards.
Skill and experience in adult education, especially for health information technology or healthcare revenue cycle applications.
Demonstrating flexibility with respect to required changes in training content and delivery methods.
The ability to see things in an open-minded way and examine an idea or concept from as many angles as possible.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work activities and ensure that they are completed accurately, efficiently, and timely.
Ability to learn new content and leverage that knowledge to develop strong training programs.
Being cooperative and approachable and taking time to listen to and address others’ questions or concerns.
Develops presentations and presents in a clear and interesting manner, commanding the audience’s attention, and handling questions/challenges.
Ability to read text, identify major points, make inferences, and draw conclusions that accurately reflect the material.
Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to trainers and trainees when speaking and in writing, adjusting materials to the audience.
Has a strong work ethic and willingness to put forth extra effort when required, including demonstrating persistence in the face of obstacles/adversity.
Experience performing job shadowing.
Credentialed and/or experienced in developing the Epic training environments.
