- Position will manage a busy and growing mixed 48 bed Medical ICU with a team of over 125 FTE's
- Reports directly to a dynamic and supportive Director of Critical Care

ICU Nurse Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- RN Active License
- At least two (2) years of nursing leadership experience in ICU/Critical Care (Supervisor / Charge Nurse level or above will be considered)
- At least five (5) years of Critical Care/ICU nursing experience
- Proven track record in leading and managing teams, improving patient satisfaction and employee engagement
- Collaborative and INSPIRATIONAL leadership style that is able to work well across all levels
