Hours: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift between 9:00am – 10:00pm CST with potential overtime, weekend/closing shifts based on business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Review team stats/adherence (NICE app) and provide feedback on individual and team progress. Lead should be included in all communication with team members. Open communication is important for consistency and success.
- Apply knowledge/skills to complex activities.
- Remain available to staff to answer questions via email or Teams.
- Ensure staff is clearly informed of all procedures and updates i.e., KnowledgeNow, PA communications (updates), training, refreshers, etc.
- Make recommendations on efficiencies, improvements, or enhancements to existing workflow and process.
- Other duties/projects as assigned to assist your supervisor (such as BSL, Floor Marshall, POET, round table discussion, etc.).
- Assist with WF chat, monitor tech’s OOA.
- CCR- Lead to address Ancillary task close to SLA for techs and notate resolution before sending.
- Work in production. Production expectation is 50% of shift (includes scheduled case building and/or phone coverage).
- Assist regional or other personnel (internal and external) via SharePoint request or email and respond to requests (please complete any pending request after CCR).
- Take escalated and/or supervisor calls.
- Complex tech cases (caller holding longer than 10min); Instruct tech to get call back info and lead call back once issue resolved if needed.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher).
- Current and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician State license OR National Certification OR ability to obtain prior to date of hire.
- 4+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- 1+ years of Prior Authorization Pharmacy experience.
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 9:00am - 10:00pm CST from Monday - Friday with potential overtime, weekend/closing shifts based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading personnel towards the attainment of exceptional performance results.
- Understanding of call center performance metrics and measurements.
Soft Skills:
- Solid communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to hold team accountable.
- Ability to follow through on tasks.
- Needs to be able to strategize and understand business structure.
- Solid time management and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer.
- Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking.
- Ability to have their own home internet access/VPN (internet can be hard wired with Ethernet cord).
- Have a secure workspace/office in their home.
- Have level skill with working with PC (ex. using mouse and keyboard, accessing, and navigating through multiple systems and screens).
