Job Summary
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs all patient exams, orders additional materials as needed for patient exams, shares a "call" schedule with other technologists, and performs quality tests on all equipment to ensure integrity of equipment. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will ensure patient well being and care while in the Radiology Department. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will be expected to perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement:
Graduate of accredited school of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
Minimum Experience Requirement:
On-the-job training. Excellent customer service skills required.
Minimum License Requirement:
Certified Technologist-Nuclear Medicine certificate (CTNM) issued by the California Department of Public Health Services-Radiologic Health Branch required. NMTCB or ARRT-NM preferred. BLS required.
Pay Range: $52.00 - $52.00
