The Position
- The Interim Nurse Manager, Emergency Department (ED), will be responsible for the day-to-day operations throughout the 42-bed ED.
- Reporting to the Executive Director of Emergency Services, this leader will be tasked with improving employee engagement and culture, working on clinical workflows/outcomes, and working to decrease throughput.
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a large and busy ED. Must possess the ability to work with leadership and adapt quickly to regulatory and clinical improvement practices.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Active RN license is required.
- A minimum of two years of ED Manager experience is required.
- EPIC experience is strongly preferred.
