About our practice:
Performance Physical Therapy was founded in 1992 with a simple premise: Treat patients like family, and there will always be business! 31 years later, we are still going strong by the same ideals and values. We have chosen to remain fully owned by physical therapists, and only grow when we find 'ideal team players' to join us. We will ALWAYS value the PT/patient relationship, and it drives all our business and clinical decisions.
We limit our practice to treating orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting. We foster a collaborative learning/treating environment, and reward therapists who are 'humble, hungry, and smart'.
Why you should join our group:
We offer distinct working situations for 3 distinct physical therapists: Novice clinicians, advancing clinicians, and veteran clinicians. We recognize that each type of clinician has different needs at each level in their career, and we provide 3 different career tracks to appeal to each type of clinician: Mentoring, leadership opportunities, and flexible work schedules.
We hire and promote based on our company values: Respect, integrity/honesty, treating people like family, treating people with enthusiasm, and teamwork. If those values resonate with you, you may be the 'right person' for us. Part of your onboarding is a thorough discussion of your personal and professional goals, and how we can collaborate for a 'win/win' scenario.
Most of our current leadership team started at an entry level position here, so we definitely promote from within.
Our Location: 720 Yorklyn Rd Hockessin, De 19707. www.pptandfitness.com
