TPMG Grafton Family Medicine in Yorktown, VA
TPMG Grafton Family Medicine has been serving patients in Grafton and the surrounding areas since 1991.
Dr. Murray is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who sees patients from childhood to adulthood for conditions. She has interest in preventive medicine, women’s health, and adolescent health.
Nicole is a board-certified Physician Assistant who provides quality, continuous care to patients of all ages. She provides medical care for chronic and acute conditions, working with patients to diagnose and treat injuries and illnesses. Nicole has experience in family medicine, acute care, and psychiatry. She has a strong interest in both mental health and dermatological conditions.
Patients are cared for by appointment. If you require same-day medical attention, please call early in the day to schedule an appointment.
Please request prescription refills during your regular appointment with your physician or ask your pharmacist to fax us your refill request. Please allow 48 hours for us to process your request after we receive it from your pharmacy.
Please request referrals during your appointment and allow 2-3 business days for us to process your request with your insurance carrier.

If you have an urgent medical need after office hours or on the weekend that requires the attention of a physician, please call our office for recorded instructions. After office hours our physicians share on-call services.TPMG Grafton Family Medicine is, also, pleased to partner with Velocity Urgent Care to provide after hours urgent care to our patients. We realize not all medical emergencies occur within our office hours and teaming up with Velocity Urgent Care to get you the care you need, when you need it is our utmost priority. All of your visit notes and tests will be securely sent to our office immediately after your visit, so we may add them to your chart and your provider can make recommendations moving forward.
