Join us as a Nurse Clinical Educator focused on our Immunology team covering our California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Oregon & Hawaii territory. As a Nurse Clinical Educator working on the Patient Services team, you will be empowered to play a key role in educating healthcare professionals, OnePath consented patients, and caregivers on Takeda products. Effective internal and external customer interactions are the focal point of this position.
How you will contribute:
- You will provide clinical and professional expertise to internal and external customers.
- You will interact with healthcare professionals, patients, and advocacy organizations on Takeda’s products.
- You will develop effective partnerships with customers by providing current, in-depth, clinical information on both product and disease state.
- You will provide feedback and insights to cross-functional partners including Matrix Team partners and respective leaders within Patient Services.
- You will develop and maintain expertise in respective disease states and Takeda therapies.
- You will maintain accurate and timely documentation of pertinent activity in the CRM platform.
- You will demonstrate compliance with internal procedures, process, and Takeda’s cultural values.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree and current RN license required.
- Minimum 5 plus years of experience in the Immunology field required.
- Home Infusion and/or Infusion Center experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop deep, effective working rapport to foster collaboration, and consultative relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers.
- Effective communication skills, including formal slide presentations.
- Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills in the healthcare environment.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel 60-70% of the time.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Current RN license
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- 60-70% domestic travel covering California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Oregon & Hawaii territory.

U.S. Base Salary Range: $108,500.00 - $170,500.00
