Job Description: The Clinical Director at Advanced Mental Health of Washington will oversee the daily clinical operations, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of care. This role involves supervising clinical staff, developing and implementing treatment protocols, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a deep understanding of mental health care, and a passion for improving the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and case managers.
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and procedures to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Oversee client treatment plans, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices and ethical guidelines.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to support professional development and team cohesion.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
- Manage clinical budgets and allocate resources efficiently to support service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated, holistic care for our clients.
- Stay current with industry trends, research, and best practices in mental health care.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical supervisory or management role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of mental health professionals.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and relevant software.
