What You’ll Do:
- Be the Surgeon's Right-Hand: Pass instruments and supplies with precision during surgical procedures.
- Master the OR: Prepare and maintain a sterile and efficient operating room environment before, during, and after surgeries.
- Gear Up for Success: Ensure all surgical equipment is fully sterilized and operational.
- Team Up: Collaborate seamlessly with the surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Stay Sharp: Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards to ensure the highest quality of care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Associate's degree in Applied Science Surgical Technology from an accredited program.
- Certification: Indiana License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Surgical Technology Certification within 6 months of hire.
- Skills: Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- Composure: Ability to stay calm under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks.
