MyMichigan Health has an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to float to different medical offices in the Midland area!
- Full time
- Home based with MyMichigan Family Medicine at East End Building
- Float to offices in the Midland area including Sanford, Bay City, Freeland and Auburn
- 100% outpatient
- Robust onboarding and training program
Responsibilities
- Coverage for providers on leave or PTO in the Midland area including Sanford, Bay City, Freeland and Auburn Primary Care offices
- Call requirements will vary depending on float location
- Include, but are not limited to, physical exams, diagnosis and treatment of illness, ordering and interpretation of test results, counseling on preventative health measures
- Appropriately prescribing and managing medications, and immunizations.
- Procedures will vary per office, but will possibly include mole removals, pap smears, and biopsies
Certifications and Licensures
- AHA approved BLS Certification
- Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
Required Education
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
- Experience preferred, new graduates will be considered
