LPA is seeking a passionate Healthcare Project Manager to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, master planners, and researchers in our Healthcare practice. What you will do:
- You will be living and breathing the project from inception to completion and be able to turn your hand to all aspects of the project.
- You will be responsible for meeting the project goals including integrated design and planning goals, scope, budget, schedule, and project financial performance.
- Prepare schedules, budgets, and work plan documents during all phases of the project.
- Review and manage project’s contractual and financial agreements and performance.
- Maintain excellent relationships with the clients, builders, governing authorities, stakeholders, and team members.
- You will be working on cancer centers, outpatient facilities, ground up hospital campuses, medical office buildings, Behavioral Health and Wellness Centers, etc.
- Review research for product and construction methods specific to each project.
- Serve as the Architect of Record.
- Signing and stamping, as a licensed professional, all project related documentation which has been prepared under the supervision and direction of the Project Manager or Managing Director.
- Mentor your team members and help to train and upskill them.

Project Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- 10+ years of experience in all phases of architectural Healthcare Inpatient and Outpatient Projects.
- Proven Experience managing Healthcare projects.
- Architectural license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel. Knowledge of Revit and Adobe Create Suite preferred.
- Knowledge in management of project business: scope, fee, schedule, work plans, resource management, and budget.
- In-depth knowledge of HCAI/OSHPD regulations and compliance requirements.
- Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure construction meets HCAI/OSHPD and other AHJ standards.
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
- Manage risk and implement mitigation strategies.

The salary range for this position is $98,000 - $150,000 and is eligible for an annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or project complexity.
