JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Must be CPR certified or become certified within 3 months of employment. Knowledge of performing VP on neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients using syringe, butterfly, and vacutainer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful completion of a course of study at an accredited college or university that meets all academic requirements for a bachelor's degree in medical technology or one of the chemical, physical, or biological sciences.
At least one year of experience as a registered, certified, or qualified medical technologist is preferred.
JOB DUTIES:
Responsibilities include Hematology, Chemistry, Urinalysis, Parasitology, Blood Bank, Microbiology, Immunology, and Coagulation testing.
