- Coordinate appointment scheduling, including new patient visits and referrals
- Manage correspondences related to patient care and physician communication
- Prepare chart notes for physician and PA clinics based on EMR experience
- Assist patients with scheduling questions and logistical concerns
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information and adhere to privacy rights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of medical office or clinic experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including 10-key
- Ability to fluently speak and understand English
- Strong organization and communication skills, both written and verbal
