RMA of Wayne, PA has a need for a Per-Diem ASC PACU/OR Nurse to work every other weekend.
Qualifications:
- BSN Degree strongly preferred; active RN license without limitations required.
- Strong clinical skills and a minimum of 2 years' clinical experience is required; prior experience in post-surgical, operating room, urology or intensive care healthcare preferred.
- BCLS and ACLS required.
- High energy, excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, and demonstrated self-directed work ethic are required.
- Excellent listening/counseling/interpersonal, and communications skills required to manage sensitive patient situations properly.
- Resourceful and well organized; committed to detail and follow-up.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate good judgment and remain composed under stress.
- Must be available for weekend rotation and some holidays.
Operative procedures include:
- Egg retrievals.
- Embryo transfers.
- Gynecologic surgery.
