Schedule & hours: This role is expected to last 3 - 4 months. During this time, the hours will be 1:30 - 10 pm EDT M-F.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary contact between agency and contractor crew including yearly evaluations, proficiency scoring, tracking holiday, vacation, and layoffs.
- Oversee overall operations of diaper grading and coordinate activities of others to deliver on lab commitments, coordination, tracking and filing of contractor hours.
- Manage, assign, and oversee contractor work.
- Grade soiled diapers, urine and bowel movement, mainly urine.
- Responsible for tidying lab and putting away materials, tooling, and devices used in the builds.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Flexibility for changing priorities as lab capability grows or as work focus shifts.
- Familiarity learning basic computer software (may be instrument-related), familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
Education and Experience:
- 0-2 Years Experience in Project Coordination.
- A High School diploma is required, and Associates preferred.
Physical and Travel Requirements:
- Frequent, repetitive hand use.
- Standing/sitting for extended periods of time.
- Frequent reaching and twisting with the body.
