Provides timely and courteous service to patients, physicians, and hospital staff by performing diagnostic Nuclear Medicine procedures accurately and efficiently. Detects unusual conditions and assumes responsibility for problem solving.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent required; graduate of a School of Nuclear Medicine Technology or School of Radiologic Technology.
- Active Nuclear Medicine registry through ARRT(N) and or CNMT board.
- Must possess reasoning ability and good independent judgment.
- Must have the ability to work within rigid time constraints.
- Must remain aware of patient condition at all times.
