Responsibilities of the LPN / RN Evening Supervisor / Admissions Nurse
As an evening supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing nurses and CNA's, including addressing resident and family concerns along with staffing issues.
Ensuring that the admissions process is managed.
Adhering to instructions from Nurse Management, you will perform your duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, while providing resident care services with kindness and compassion.
This is a hands-on position requiring occasional participation in assisting residents with ADLs to ensure their safety and comfort needs are met.
Requirements of the Evening Supervisor Position
Long Term Care and Skilled Rehab experience is highly preferred.
Must be a graduate of an approved nursing or practical nursing program.
Must possess and maintain a current Florida license as an LPN.
Must be able to move, lift, and position patients.
