Job Description: Performs duties involved with a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for detecting pathology.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent required; graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology.
- Active Radiography registry through the ARRT(R) or currently registry eligible through the ARRT based on graduation and actively working to achieve the primary ARRT(R) registry status within twelve months in this position.
- Active post-secondary registry in Vascular Interventional or actively working to collect clinical hours necessary to become registry eligible through ARRT in Vascular Intervention.
- Must possess reasoning ability and good independent judgment.
- Must have the ability to work within rigid time constraints.
- Must remain aware of patient conditions at all times.
- Must demonstrate effective communication skills.
