Providence Medical Group's Central Point clinic is seeking a board-certified family physician associate/physician assistant to join its well-established Primary Care facility in Southern Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly productive and robust clinic with a team-based patient-centered medical home model that includes access to integrated behavioral health, clinical pharmacy, case management, and anticoagulation clinic. We also offer a multitude of on-site health services including urgent care, physical therapy, x-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and lab. - Full-time position, 1.0 FTE
- Unpaneled position; Outpatient care only
- Position is structured to be 2/3 patient facing and 1/3 desktop coverage. Will see between 12-14 patients per day once onboarding is completed.
- Option to work either 4 or 5 days per week; Monday thru Friday.
