We seek an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a very well established and financially secure rural health center (FQHC), now in its fourth decade of operation. In addition to primary care, this respected organization provides dental care, mental health care, physical therapy, and chiropractic services.
This position involves:
- Outpatient-only family practice caring for patients of all ages, with a focus on geriatrics.
- Practice independently from the start with at least three years of advanced practice experience in primary care.
- Certification in CPR and ACLS is required.
