Preparation of the technological part of the ship project according to the project needs (internal layout, arrangement of technological equipment, communication).

Leading the team of draftsmen, mentoring and supervision of their work.

Planning and management of design work and workload within the team.

Communication with customers, contractors, designers.

Preparation of competition material for design work.

Improving the current design practices and standard work.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience in similar project management work and work experience with high-value projects.
Experience in working with 2D and 3D software.
Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
Familiarity with production processes and ability to assimilate new technological solutions.
Leadership skills and ability to work independently while focusing on results and attention to detail.
Initiative, responsible, accurate, diligent personality with logical thinking skills.
Able to share your experience with the team.
