Nurse Manager position overseeing Home Health Services in Eugene, Oregon, that is part of a non-profit, faith-based healthcare system. This role will support an active Home Care team that supports over 500 patients in the Eugene/Springfield area. The selected candidate will focus on continuous quality improvement, regulatory requirements, evaluate staffing needs, and manage the Home Health budget, as well as support the nursing and rehab supervisors in leading the nursing and rehab home care teams.
Minimum Requirements
- RN License
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Home Health
- Leadership experience in home health services
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced manager in home health services, with several years of experience as an RN in home health who is knowledgeable of the regulations with home health and has experience with budget management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
