We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Nurse to join our team. Position Overview:
As an Administrative Nurse at The Country Home, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the clinical and administrative aspects of our facility. Your expertise in memory care will help ensure that our residents receive the highest standards of care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role combines clinical knowledge with administrative duties to support the overall well-being of our residents and the efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Clinical Oversight: Manage and oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility, ensuring high-quality care for all residents.
- Care Coordination: Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
- Staff Management: Supervise and support nursing and caregiving staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Resident Assessments: Conduct resident assessments and regular evaluations to ensure their needs are being met effectively.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and facility operations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident care and clinical activities.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between residents, families, staff, and external healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication and coordination of care.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN or LPN license.
- Certified Assisted Living Administrator.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a memory care or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Leadership skills with experience in staff supervision and training.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
