Compensation:
- Revenue Share: 32% of revenue collections
- Daily Guarantee: Up to $1,000
Opportunity Details:- Schedule: Full-time (4 days/week, 7 AM - 5 PM, M-Th)
- Health Insurance: 50% of the premium covered by the practice
- Continuing Education Stipend: Includes a Spear online account
- Operational Support: Working with 4 columns (2 EFDA/Restorative and 2 Hygiene)
- Relocation Stipend: Available for the right candidate
- Type: Private general dentistry practice in-network with only 2 insurance providers.
- Facilities: Two upscale offices in the Dayton, OH area equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including:
- 11 operatories with potential for 13
- Trios 5 scanner
- Planmeca CBCT
- Kerr Endo System
- Private surgical suite with Implant Direct Surgical setup and Versah Osteodensification Burs
- Ownership: Two current owners, with one retiring soon.
- Patient Flow: Approximately 109 new patients/month

Qualifications:- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
- Credentialed as a "Delta Premier" provider
- Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Specialty skills in root canals, orthodontics, or any surgical procedures
- Commitment to excellence and providing exceptional patient care
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
