Exciting Associate Dentist Opportunity at Patient-Centered Practice!

Compensation:

Revenue Share: 32% of revenue collections
Daily Guarantee: Up to $1,000

Opportunity Details:

Schedule: Full-time (4 days/week, 7 AM - 5 PM, M-Th)
Health Insurance: 50% of the premium covered by the practice
Continuing Education Stipend: Includes a Spear online account
Operational Support: Working with 4 columns (2 EFDA/Restorative and 2 Hygiene)
Relocation Stipend: Available for the right candidate
Type: Private general dentistry practice in-network with only 2 insurance providers.
Facilities: Two upscale offices in the Dayton, OH area equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including:
- 11 operatories with potential for 13
- Trios 5 scanner
- Planmeca CBCT
- Kerr Endo System
- Private surgical suite with Implant Direct Surgical setup and Versah Osteodensification Burs
Ownership: Two current owners, with one retiring soon.
Patient Flow: Approximately 109 new patients/month

Qualifications:

DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
Credentialed as a "Delta Premier" provider
Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply
Specialty skills in root canals, orthodontics, or any surgical procedures
Commitment to excellence and providing exceptional patient care
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
