Role Description
Form Energy is hiring a highly motivated and hands-on individual to join our Process Operations Team. This role reports into our Development Operations Team. As a technician on our process team, you will work collaboratively with a diverse team to produce, document, and characterize prototype anode components for our batteries. This work will directly support the development, optimization, and scaling of a core part of our technology. You will make keen observations on process anomalies, recommend process improvements, and articulate findings to our electrode development and engineering teams for further analysis.

What you'll do:
- Inspect, organize and prepare raw materials and components
- Follow standard operating procedures and document process conditions and deviations
- Assemble and disassemble standard and R&D tooling
- Continuously improve the process for existing production and analysis protocols
- Support engineers and scientists in executing their experiments
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years experience in a R&D or manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience with mechanical assembly
- Ability to lift 50 lb, and to be on your feet for extended periods
- Excellent communication and organizational skills within a group of peers and across a broader organization
