Position Summary
Radiology Partners (RP) is seeking a Regional Outpatient IT Services Director who will be responsible for the oversight of all outpatient application and IT field services across a customer base. To be successful in this position, one must ensure efficient and timely delivery of outpatient application and field service operations and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. The Regional Outpatient IT Services Director role is a critical member of the IT organization providing outstanding client services and overseeing implementations and operations in support of RP practice directors, clinic managers, clients, and radiologists. This role supports locally in Nashville, TN.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Builds strong relationships with practice directors, clinic managers, RP clients, and radiologists.
- Manages clients’ expectations through regular progress reviews and other communication channels.
- Conducts project demand planning for clients and requests resources to meet needs.
- Manages client relationships during project lifecycle to ensure clients are involved at the right time.
- Coordinates equipment upgrades, changes, and onboarding of new radiologists (access, training, and introduction to services).
- Ensures IT services meet client needs and are delivered to agreed service level agreements.
- Acts as escalation point for any concerns by clients regarding IT services not being delivered in a timely manner.
- Key client interface on behalf of IT at prospective client meetings, finalist meetings, and ongoing account business reviews for existing accounts.
- Collaborates with Outpatient Application Support, IT Field Services, Implementations, and other RP IT teams to ensure the needs of clients are being met.
- Monitors customer satisfaction levels and ensures feedback is acted on to improve services.
- Maintains ownership of current legacy outpatient applications within the region.
- Promotes communication and cooperation among teammates to create a spirit of unity in the department.
- Works closely with leadership and teammates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to direct reports (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Desired Professional Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
- 7 to 10+ years of experience in healthcare information technology.
- Radiology experience and knowledge of RIS/imaging workflows and HL7 is preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards including IT Service Management and Project Management.
- Working experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing and developing teams in different geographical locations.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to be influential and persuasive with stakeholders.
- Working experience in managing client relationships with a service excellence focus.

The salary range for this position is $115K-$130K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
