Audiology/Clinical Trainer – Northern California
Seeking a dynamic individual to provide expert training and support to field professionals on product usage and software in the Audiology/Hearing Aid and accessory space; focusing on the Northern California market.
Responsibilities include conducting customer training activities, supporting product launches, and collaborating with inter-company departments.
Extensive travel required; 75% including multiple weekly overnights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regional, in-office, and online customer training (80%)
- Provide clinical expertise and training on product portfolio (10%)
- Support sales staff with assigned tasks (10%)
Requirements:
- Doctorate Audiology degree required
- 2+ years of clinical or industry experience with hearing aid technology and fitting software
- Prior training or teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Proficiency in digital technology and MS Windows environments
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.
Compensation: 90-100k base plus bonuses ~21k annually
