Memorial Health Care Systems, an award-winning Critical Access Hospital in Seward, NE is seeking a full-time Clinic Nurse Manager responsible for supervising Memorial Family Medical Centers nursing personnel and nursing functions.
SUMMARY: The Clinic Nurse Manager supervises all nursing personnel and manages all nursing functions to ensure the highest quality care is provided to our clinic patients. Duties include supervisory functions, coordination with other departments and agencies, patient care management, regulatory compliance including but not limited to OSHA, CMS, Rural Health Clinic, working in a direct care role. Will be actively involved in development and implementation of Population Management programs. The Clinic Nurse Manager is the clinic resource for the Electronic Medical Record and is the Employee Health nurse for MHCS.
QUALIFICATIONS: Current Nebraska Registered Nurse licensure is required. Two years supervisory experience required. Two years’ experience in a medical practice preferred. Experience with electronic medical records and population health is essential.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Nebraska Dept. of Health and Human Services licensing division.
