Clinical Nurse Manager - RN - Labor and Delivery - Nights

As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will manage patient care delivery on up to three units, serving as a clinical resource and administrator in the absence of unit leaders or when care-related issues arise. You will facilitate efficient and cost-effective daily operations of the unit(s) in relation to patient throughput including admissions, discharges, and transfers. Promote a culture of safety and quality by ensuring continuity and consistency in the implementation of established standards, protocols, policies, and procedures. In collaboration with the Director of Nursing, participate in the establishment of units' short and long-term goals and ensure its alignment with the hospital’s overall strategic goals. You will be accountable for monitoring staff compliance with regulatory, hospital, and divisional requirements.

This is a full-time night shift (7:00 PM - 5:30 AM) position at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist.

Preferred Criteria

Master's Degree in a related area

Required Criteria

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Current New York State RN license
2+ years of acute care RN experience in Labor and Delivery
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association

Salary Range: $130,000-$155,000/Annual
