Southgate Veterinary Clinic is seeking a confident and motivated full-time associate Veterinarian to join our wonderful team! Our clinic has a great opportunity for a thriving and enjoyable small animal practice that has recently undergone a full remodel. We currently support two full-time doctors with over 30 years of combined experience and have a fantastic support staff, including 4 technicians excited to add a new doctor to our team.
The practicing owner also works with LMU Veterinary College, mentoring students during their fourth-year clinical rotations. We offer mentorship for new graduates and a starting salary of $110,000. ProSal is available for experienced doctors comfortable with their production capabilities. A generous signing bonus is included along with all association dues, malpractice insurance, license defense, and medical insurance provided.
Our clinic is equipped with:
- Idexx Laboratory Procyte, Catalyst, and Sedivue urine analysis
- Digital Radiography
- Surgical Suite and Prep area with 2 anesthetic machines
- Cold Laser Therapy
- Zoetis Imagyst for fecals, FNA, blood, and ear swab analysis
- Ultrasound Machine

Marmon Valley Farm offers year-round horseback riding, while Mad River Mountain provides skiing, snowboarding, and tubing for winter fun. Downtown Bellefontaine features a vibrant atmosphere with shops, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Emergency/referral hospitals are within an hour of our practice, which is beneficial since we do not offer after-hours emergency care.
