Responsibilities focus on assisting with the management and overseeing the daily operations of federally funded research projects, including:
- Organizing and overseeing data collection for several hospital-based studies;
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of all protocols;
- Supervising study research staff;
- Assisting in grant writing, paper writing, and data analysis and management.
This position also includes clinical responsibilities associated with Rutgers UBHC Outpatient care and clinical trials occurring at UBHC’s inpatient unit.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience: Ph.D. degree in Clinical Psychology or a closely related field, strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Clinical Psychology, strong clinical training in cognitive behavior therapy.
