What will you do? As a Charge Nurse (RN) at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a variety of essential functions to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care of psychiatric clients. These functions include:
- Demonstrating leadership while performing nursing care to clients in crisis.
- Identifying and assessing client psychosocial, cultural, ethnic, and religious needs.
- Administering client medications and providing knowledge of medications and side effects.
- Assisting physicians with transcriptions and implementation of orders.
- Maintaining compliance by completing necessary training.
Qualifications
- Maintains current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license.
- Pass a Level II Background clearance.
