Samaritan Health Services a non-profit integrated health care delivery system, is seeking a Palliative Care and Primary Care NP to join our primary care team in Newport, OR.

Job Specifics

Position is .8FTE Primary Care and .2FTE Palliative Care
Responsibilities include perform palliative care patient/family evaluation and assist with management of acute and chronic health conditions.

Job Requirements

Experience: Previous clinical experience of one or more years in palliative care or hospice is preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Current Oregon license and current nationally recognized certification by the ANCC or AANP. DEA/CSR
