The ADON will work alongside the DON and other nurse managers to monitor the functioning of the department and performance of the employees. He/she has to ensure that a standard quality is maintained in all operations and that all employees of this department are efficient in executing their duties.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling
- Inventory management
- Recruitment and training
- Supervision and performance appraisal
- Documentation and payroll
Qualifications:
- Must have a current state RN in good standing
- Must have nurse management or supervisory experience
- 5 years LTC experience preferred
- EMR experience
