The Position:
We're looking for a passionate Dietary Manager to help us provide expertise in services related to food preparation, production, and distribution with a focus on delivering quality food and nutrition service.
- Delivers quality food service, nutritional care, and dietary support services for guests/residents.
- Maintains resident/guest relationships with personal follow-up visits, meal rounds, and resident/guest interviews to ensure that menu satisfaction is maintained, and alternate menu selection requests are prepared to the satisfaction of the residents.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Dietetics or High School Diploma with Certified Dietary Manager certification
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)
- Three (3) years of demonstrated food service operations.
