Bierman Autism Centers is looking for Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with weekend availability to join a motivated and energetic team focused on transforming the lives of children diagnosed with autism. You will be committed to working in-home with families and helping caregivers and their child grow on their terms. Our one-on-one approach is focused on natural play to teach foundational skills such as self-advocacy and communication.
The Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) has a primary responsibility to accelerate client success. The SLP will formulate and implement individualized treatment plans for a caseload of clients in their assigned location, ensuring clinical quality, ethical practice, and positive client outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Direct, design and implement programs for SLP services for assigned clients
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Regularly evaluate progress according to professional guidelines
- Ensure ethical and individualized client programming
- Update progress reports
- Document all activities according to professional and funder guidelines
- Stay current with professional literature and best practices
- Drive coordination of care with ABA and Speech services
- Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training sessions
- Conduct clinical presentations to staff
- Attend clinical staff and collaboration meetings
- Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology
- Willingness to work weekend hours, in-home
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- State Licensure
- Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to maintain required licensure to practice while employed
