Job Description: Trauma Therapist
The Trauma Therapist is responsible for providing trauma-informed individual and group therapeutic services to support:
- Adult survivors who have experienced sexual violence
- Adolescent survivors of sexual violence
- Survivors of intimate partner violence (IPV)
- Victims of human trafficking
- Children who have witnessed IPV
- Supporters of survivors of the aforementioned victimizations
The Trauma Therapist is expected to independently manage a caseload of up to 24 individual clients to ensure that all clients receive timely services. Therapy will be provided for a period of six months to a year after intake at TurnAround.
