Bierman Autism Centers is looking for Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with weekend availability to join a motivated and energetic team focused on transforming the lives of children diagnosed with autism. You will be committed to working in-home with families and helping caregivers and their child grow on their terms. Our one-on-one approach is focused on natural play to teach foundational skills such as self-advocacy and communication.
The Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) has a primary responsibility to accelerate client success. The SLP will formulate and implement individualized treatment plans for a caseload of clients in their assigned location while ensuring the oversight of clinical quality, prescription fulfillment, ethical practice, and client outcomes. Qualified candidates will enjoy working with children and demonstrate excellent communication skills, organization, flexibility, patience, and dependability.

Responsibilities for our Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs):
- Direct, design and implement programs for SLP services for assigned clients.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
- Repeat evaluations on a regular basis to measure progress.
- Ensure client programming is ethical, individualized, and provided with integrity.
- Update progress reports for assigned clients.
- Document all activities according to professional and funder guidelines.
- Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver collaboration sessions.
- Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
Requirements
- Must have a Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology.
- Willingness to work weekend hours, in-home.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and State Licensure.
- Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of MacOS.
