Description
Sunshine Residential Homes is a group home agency that caters to abused, neglected, and abandoned children from ages of 3-17.
Group Home Staff / Behavioral Health Technicians / Youth Care Worker:
The group home staff's main responsibility is to provide support and care for the children living in the group home and to maintain a safe environment. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting children with their daily activities such as completing homework, chores, personal hygiene, relationships with peers, and life skills development.
- Taking children on activities outside the group home and providing supervision to ensure safety.
- Cooking and serving meals, performing light house cleaning, dispensing medications, and documenting daily activities.
- Reporting incidents to the supervisor and completing documentation as needed.
A Diploma or GED is required.
Current Shifts Available:
- Sunday through Thursday ($18/hr)
- Sunday 8am-10pm
- Monday 2pm-10pm
- Tuesday 3pm-10pm
- Wednesday 4:30pm-10pm
- Thursday 4:30pm-10pm
- Tuesday through Saturday ($18/hr)
- Tuesday 4:30pm-10pm
- Wednesday 3pm-10pm
- Thursday 3pm-10pm
- Friday 3pm-10pm
- Saturday 8am-10pm

Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a Diploma/GED.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must be eligible for level one Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience working with children in either a group home or related setting (CNA or Care Giving License alone does not meet this requirement).
